In 2021, K2 and the Redding Rancheria, a federally-recognized Indian Tribe, proposed The Shasta Lake Downtown Revitalization to renovate and revitalize both sides of Shasta Dam Boulevard, the main thoroughfare for the City of Shasta Lake. The development features an environmentally-designed mixed-use facility and sustainable infrastructure improvements. The project was awarded Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) funding in Round 6.
