A mixed-use project in the central business district of Downtown Redding, CA. California Place includes 79 affordable housing units and small business retail space. Project also included the development of over two miles of context-sensitive bikeways, refurbished streets and a pedestrian-activated alley. California Place is a Net Zero project, energized by 50,000 SF of solar panels located on the adjacent parking structure.
